direction. put one bag in a cup and add boiling water, leave to soak for at least 10 minutes or ideally until it's lukewarm. cut the dressing to size to suit the area you need to cover, saturate the dressing in the water, squeeze out the excess, and place it on the area you need to cover, leave it on for at least 5 minutes but no more than 15
